No. There are two variations of the adapter. The one you need for the QLXD receiver is the Shure PS124 Power Supply With Non-Locking Power Connectors (B&H # SHPS124), not the PS124L. The PS124L has locking connectors and is designed for use with ULX, GLX-D Advanced, GLX-D and ULX-D Wireless systems, as well the PSM 900 Personal In-Ear Monitoring system. The PS124 non-locking is designed for use with the PG Wireless, PGX, QLX-D and SLX Wireless systems, as well as the PSM200 and PSM300 Personal In-Ear Monitoring systems.

The Shure PS124L Power Supplies are region specific. The Shure products we carry here at B&H are all 120VAC compatible only.
