The Weaver Top Mount Base #71 (Black) BH #WEWTMB71 • MFR #48071 is a specialder item, B&H does not stock this product. Once an order is placed Weaver is notified to ship the product to the B&H warehouse. If Weaver has them in stock it will take 3-5 weeks to arrive at B&H.

Yes it is for a Remington 770. You will need two. One for the front and one for the rear.
