The gloss black Top Mount Base #85 from Weaver has been machined to tight tolerances for a custom fit. This aluminum base offers maximum strength so that the rings will hold tight.

Note: For the Browning A-Bolt (European Model), and the Mod 52 and 52C the front base screws must be shortened by grinding. For the Ruger No.1 and No.3 shimming will probably be required for perfect scope alignment. The front base may require modification for a correct fit. The gun will have to be drilled and tapped.
