The Toshiba 19HV10E 19" REGZA Multi-System LED TV works in almost any country in the world that has TV and electricity. It's an excellent set in its own right but if you've just been transferred overseas, are in the military or just going abroad for a year or two, this could be exactly the set you need. It can handle all sorts of variations of NTSC, PAL and SECAM TV signals. Its native resolution is 1366 x 768, and the 19HV10E is compatible with input sources up to 1080p. An HDMI input means those signals will stay in pure digital form from source to set. It's also got both component and composite inputs for less critical signals, such as a DVD player.
