Best stand around

The ms-20 is simply the best base around for general micing needs. It is built like a tank and should last for years (minus any crazy abuse). It is a bit expensive, but will last four times longer than cheaper stands. I would not recommend for portable situations as it is a bit heavier than tri-pod style stands; but I would highly recommend for house-of-worship or theatre type situations.
