The BARSKA ACCU-Grip Camera Handle Pistol Grip is a convenient handle for stable camera operation or viewing through a spotting scope or binoculars. The pistol-style grip features finger grooves for ergonomic operation.

The ACCU-Grip has a 1/4"-20 stud as well as a retractable video pin on its top surface, for sturdy attachment (via the thumbwheel) to any camera, small camcorder, binoculars, or spotting scope with a standard 1/4"-20 thread at its bottom. There's also a 1/4"-20 thread at the bottom of the ACCU-Grip handle, which allows you to attach your mounted camera/scope to a tripod or head.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best grip I have used This pistol grip was purchased to use with a Sony ax2000, odd right? Believe it or not it works great with it, the weight is balanced perfectly from where it screws in. I purchased this item before to use with my previous gear. It didn't fit anything I wanted it to. Did not fit my sony Vx2100 or my rode stereo video mic. But second time around, it fits my ax2000, and zoom h4. This product does not feel cheap at all. It also does not have that little spike you see in the pictures on the top. Easy to take off, tights well, feels sturdy. I purchased another one for my friends canon dslr, he loves it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Uncomfortable I was going to use it for my camcorder, but is to uncomfortable to use due to the top area where the indentation for the index finger transforms to the sharp square camera base. This area being a rather small indentation for my not so large hand cuts into the top of my finger. The other issue that I have is that the screw threads is too long. It came with a small rubber washer to accommodate the length of the screw but now the surface area connecting to the camera for support is basically nonexistent. I think that it is possible to improve stability during filming perhaps for someone with smaller hands, but not for me.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from More than Camera Handle A bit small for a man's hand. I bought this pistol grip to hold an off camera speedlight. Screw a flash mount adapter to the pistol grip (you need a small washer between the pistol grip and the flash mount adapter). Attach your (wired or wireless) speedlight to the flash mount adapter. Camera in one hand, speedlight in the other, snap your pictures.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just what I needed:) The ACCU-Grip Camera Handle Pistol Grip by Barska was exactly what I needed to stablize my Cannon HG21 at this time. I am very happy with my transaction and will be sure to return when other needs arrive.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Added stability and comfort Bought this to use on my Tamron 150-600 lens. I had been holding the lens by the tripod ring, which left me with cramped fingers. This grip is exactly what I was looking for. I am a female with small to medium hands, and this grip fits me perfectly. My husband found it to be too small for his hands. Perhaps a nudge to the manufacturer would result in size option.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Small but Comfortable I use this when filming action shots, maintains a relative steady shot by providing that extra point of contact with your body, Good alternative for an external support (not being a monopod or rig) whilst not breaking the budget For what it is, is does the job, i use it with my 7D for filming on the go shots not a really lot wrong with it,

Rated 5 out of 5 by from WYSIWYG+ I got this for my 3rd grader to sit on his basic (small) Sony HD cam and I didn't have time to take it out of the box before he had it figured out and on the camera. A solid accessory, it's perfect for small cameras...and small hands. Fine for grown-ups, too. It does what it's supposed to do and it's reasonably priced.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Stabilizer I bought this to help me support and stabilize my heavy and bulky 70-200mm f2.8 lens. I attach it to the tripod ring and if you loosen the ring enough to allow rotation, you can use it in either the portrait or landscape position. Really makes the lens easier to support.
