    Ruggard MCN-MUB reviews

Neoprene Protective Pouch for Memory Cards is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 145.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from An integral part of my gear First of all, I can't say enough about B&H. They have wonderful products with expert, professionals onboard. This protective pouch for my SD Memory cards does exactly what it claims. It protects and organizes my memory cards, and keeps them safe and ready to grab when needed. It even has a belt pouch to enable you to keep it on your person. Although I didn't use it in that way, I thought it was a well thought out feature on the part of the manufacturer. You don't have to even take the time to fumble in your camera bag to retrieve another memory card.Bravo to Ruggard for a great product and hats off to B&H for making sure they only provide the best choices for their consumers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice way to store memory cards I ordered three of these neoprene protective pouches for memory cards. I keep one in my camera case and a second one in my PC accessories desk drawer and a third one in my tablet case. These have a double zipper; they are flexible and thin enough so they don't hog space in my camera case or anywhere else but tough enough to protect the cards. There is storage with two pouches on the inside cover which fit two cards each very easily and a large storage space in the inside back cover for batteries or whatever you need space for larger items. They also have a middle leaf with storage on two sides with four of the same sized pouches as the one the inside of the cover . I can get at least a dozen cards in each of these and still have the large back sleeve free. The plastic pouches are reinforces with a white mesh so that they won't tear easily. This is a great way to store memory cards to keep them organized and from getting lost or damaged.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nicely Made, A Little Awkward To Use Three star rating with an explanation: This pouch is compact and well constructed. It zips nicely and looks like it will stand up to regular use. It's a good value. Not too pricey. For those features, 3 stars. I can't remember if color options were offered but I would've ordered bright red so I could find this among all of my other things that are black. This will go in my camera bag or with my drone gear. Now, for it to have garnered 5 stars it would've come with a few smaller pouches for micro SDs. And, all of the pouches should be shallower so the standard SD cards wouldn't slide down into them and be so difficult to remove.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Well-made The pouch holds six SD cards in their plastic cases--one in each of the six compartments (2 inside the front cover and 4 on the hinged flap). I suppose you could cram two cards into each compartment by taking them out of their protective cases--I prefer to keep the cards in their case. The six compartments are a little tight at first but they seem to loosen up with use. The larger compartment in the back cover nicely holds three flash drives side by side. It could also be used for an extra camera battery, several more cards, or a few AA batteries. I see no need for two zipper pulls on such a small case. I do not use the belt loop and may do as one reviewer did--use a sharp exacto knife to carefully cut the stitches and remove the loop. The pouch is a sturdy, well-constructed little accessory and I would highly recommend it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not loving it The case is well made and I thought it would fit my needs to hold both CF and SD cards, but I am finding that it is actually really difficult to get the cards out of the pouches. I'm hoping that they stretch a bit with more use.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Smaller than expected Very tight fit, not great for CF cards or Sony XQD cards. No way you could utilize all pockets unless using SD cards

Rated 4 out of 5 by from CF cards in case only holds 4 cf cards in their plastic case. and that is tight. you can put a 5th and possibly a 6th card in the plastc case in the rear pocket. I use the rear pocket for business cards. There is no need to spend extra money on the padded case. Would love to put at least 4 cards in their plastic case that is not so tight. Using the cf plastic case is the best way to store cards. The plastic pockets in the card holder/case can collect dirt like cuffs on pants. Eventually this dirt can get into the cf cards or on sd cards. I always use the plastic case that comes with the cards

Rated 5 out of 5 by from very nice card case This case can actually hold 12 SD cards (2 cards in each slot). The cards stay in place very well (with elastic at the top of each slot) and yet are easy to take in and out. There is a nylon version of this case, which is more expensive, but otherwise pretty much the same (I bought the nylon version earlier). I prefer this neoprene version because it is lighter and 1/3 less thick, a real advantage. Someone else mentioned in a review that the neoprene version smells. Not to me.
