This is a great and sturdy tool. A basic, classic design. It does the job, and I am satisfied.

It does the job, sort of. It doesn't have a heavy base, so if you have a microphone of any substance whatsoever, it'll tip over. I thought about returning it, but since I'm using it with a porta booth pro, the stand is held down from tipping. This thing would be good for those little microphones you used to get with portable reel to reel tape recorders. Somehow I thought Atlas meant heavy. BUt, oh well, live and learn.
