The TM-1E Clip Mounting Twin Microphone Mount from Atlas Sound allows you to horizontally attach two or three 5/8"-27 microphones onto most goosenecks, stands, and stand adapters. Finished in ebony, this mount works great for overhead sound pick-up in live or recording applications. The units are 8.75" (22.2 cm) wide.

I use two of these along with a short extension on a tall mic stand to mount 4 mics for recording live concerts. This device works well if you are careful however, the hole in the middle for mounting this on a mic stand leaves very little metal on the edges, so if you have to pull or tug on it, it could bend making it useless. It WILL hold 2 Neumann U87s without any problem.
I use these to mount two microphones on one stand (X-Y pickup) for live sound reinforcement. They're also good for mounting two diversity wireless microphone antennas on one mic stand to get them up over the crowd. They're inexpensive but sturdy and well made. Personally I like the ebony (black) over the chrome - it's cheaper and less obtrusive.
