Is this webcam adjustable? I bought this based on the good recs but it is seriously subpar. I'm wondering if there is any way to adjust the settings so that it works better.
Setting can be adjusted in the receiving application i.e. if the application that the camera is connected to has a setting panel for the video/audio input then this can be used to adjust the camera's video/audio. Overall this is a simple straightforward great device for basic usage, no more than that.

Hello, the C270 works with a USB A port. If your Mac mini has a USB C port, you would need an adapter for this to work.

is it possible to not use the mic on this webcam and instead use my Blue Yeti or other mic?
Yes. In Zoom and Google Meet you can pick separate audio and video sources so you could use the C270 for the video source and your Yeti for the audio source. If you are not using Zoom or Google Meet, check to see if your virtual platform will allow separate sources.
