What is the matching mount with the rings for this Weaver 48402 base and for what size scope tube?

I would like to add a scope to my Marlin81-DL ...

I would like to add a scope to my Marlin81-DL which is untapped only has the side mounts for the peep site. Would this work and is there any other parts I would need or would this work alone?

Will the weaver side mount base #2 mount on a Remington 513T without drilling and tapping?

You will have to get your 513T drilled and tapped for a weaver side mount base #2. If you want to mount it on a Remington 513T.

According to Weaver it will not Works with the Remington 10, 11, 12, 34*, 341*, 510, 511, 512 & 521T, 12A, 121 with 3/4" barrels Remington 121 with 13/16" diameter barrels 18, 24 & 241, 33, 513S and 513T, 514

It is a side mount for a gun with a Weiver mount. Is that what you are trying for?
