I started using original Cannon inks in my Pro-1, but then I strayed away to the other vendors, mostly for the economy of it. But I have now gone back and am using Cannon Inks again because i was disappointed with lesser saturation and color fidelity of the off-brand pigments.

5 stars for quality, but 1 star for price. I was not able to get a cyan cartridge from my regular source, so I bought this. Now 2 weeks later and I can again get a cyan cartridge for $13.99. I make my own profiles and get excellent results with 3rd party inks. So if you must buy this, keep in mind that the $20 extra per cartridge will soon buy you a device from X-Rite to create your own profiles.

How big are these tanks compared to the PGI-72 tanks
The ink cartridges for the Canon Pro 1 printer are 36 mil each. The Pro 10's inks are 14 mil each.

The tank sizes for all Canon 29 inks is 36 ml. If you do the math that = 1.2 oz.
