The Stanton CMP.800 Cross-Media Player is a compact, affordable and portable multi-format deck and MIDI controller for DJs. The CMP.800 is capable of playing audio CDs, MP3-CDs and WAV / MP3 files from portable storage devices via its USB input. In addition, the CMP.800 offers full MIDI control over third-party software and MIDI devices. The deck features 3 beat-syncable effects including echo, flanger and filter with 2 parameters per effect. There's a 4-bank sampler for real-time sample triggering and its Auto Loop feature delivers seamless loops during sets. Its multi-functional jog wheel features an LED ring and is used for scratching, frame searches, pitch bending, sample and effects adjustment.
