The Intelix S-V1CP Composite Video, Control and Power Balun transmits composite video, 2 conductor control, and power over a single twisted pair cable.
The S-V1CP features one RJ45 connector, a male BNC connector, a male mini-DIN connector and a female mini-DIN connector, both for power, and two bare wire leads for control. The BNC connector can be used for a direct connection to either a media source or to a display device.
Used in pairs, S-V1CPs effectively replace bulky coaxial cable and use a building's existing cabling network. The S-V1CP conforms to IEC 61000-4-2:1995 standards and achieves exceptional interference rejection. It is most ideal for security and monitoring applications with equipment such as CCTV cameras, monitors, DVRs, video sequencers, video multiplexers, quads, switchers, and servers.
