How hard is it to remove the mount from the surf board?
Very hard. Did it once and slightly damaged the deck of my board. You need to heat it up to soften the adhesive but obviously it's a fine line of how much heat. No enough and it doesn't work, too much and it can damage the board. Just take your time applying just enough heat.
