The EasyAssist Wireless Call Button from Alert Technologies is an ideal way to improve communication in a workplace. The button can be mounted to practically any surface, allowing customers and staff to push a button when they need assistance. The button sends a signal to all personnel who are equipped with 2-way radios, eliminating the need to track down an employee for assistance.
The voice message sent by the EasyAssist can be customized, and there are user-programmable operating frequencies/codes. The unit has a durable ABS and Lexan construction, and the interchangeable graphic insert can be swapped out and customized. The button has Duo Lock snaps for easy installation. Wall, pole, shelf, and kiosk mounts are available separately.
The EasyAssist operates on a set of 3 "C" batteries, providing up to 12 months of battery life at 7 uses per day. There are 2 different power settings, allowing you to choose longer battery life or a greater wireless range. The EasyAssist is user-serviceable and is FCC and ICC approved.
