The Aficio SP C242SF Network Color All-in-One Laser Printer from Ricoh outputs 21 pages/minute in both black/white and color. The automatic duplex printing saves both time and resources while the long-lasting 1000-page toner cartridges help reduce printing costs. The unit's small footprint makes it the perfect choice for an office or any place where space is at a premium.

The printer has both a standard USB 2.0 port to connect to a PC as well as an Ethernet port so you can easily share the printer over a network and conserve resources. Additionally, an easily-accessible top-facing USB port allows you to print a file directly from a memory key or other USB storage device - without having to use a computer.

Printing needs change and Ricoh recognizes that by providing optional add-ons to meet those needs. An optional 500-sheet paper feed unit increases the total paper input to 751 sheets so you can execute larger print jobs unattended or keep a second commonly used paper type in one of the trays. For more connectivity options, a wireless adaptor can be added on so you can connect to the printer from anywhere on your wireless network.

The built-in fax allows you to send color as well as black and white faxes from the machine itself or from a connected computer. Easily send multipage faxes using the 35-sheet ADF. Additionally, the ADF can be used to carry out multipage scans and multipage copies of documents up to legal size (8.5 x 14.0").
