The Redged RTT-423 Studio 4-Section Titanium Alloy Tripod is a versatile, lightweight tripod that can take a beating thanks to its top protective layer of hard, durable titanium. Otherwise composed of aluminum alloy, the 4-section legs and two-part center column extend to a maximum height of 58.3" and fold down to just 18.9" for easy transport.

Column-Locking Ring with Wings
The wings of the center-column lock ensure tight locking when heavy photographic gear is placed on the tripod. Rubber sealing prevents sand from entering the locking mechanism
Locking Leg Clamps
The legs feature locking clamps (flip locks) for fast and easy setup. No sealing or protection against sand/dust. For general use, not for heavy outdoor circumstances
Three Leg Positions
Besides the normal position, the tripod offers the extra-low position for low viewpoints and ground-level macro subjects, and a middle position for table-top photography and macro photography (flowers, insects, etc.)
Two-Part Center Column
For extra-low positions, the lower part of the center column can be removed
Extra-Low Position Set
For extra-low positions, the center column can be removed. The tripod collar can be mounted directly on the chassis
Reversible Column
By inverting the center column, it is possible to realize even lower camera positions and macro positions. This is also great for making reproductions of flat objects, using the setup as a sort of copy stand
Stability Hook
The counterweight hook is designed for attaching extra weight (a photo bag, or a bag with sand or stones), to increase the stability of the tripod, especially during windy conditions
