The Logan 700-1: Simplex Studio Elite Mat Cutter is a compact option for tight spaces. That said, the 700-1 doesn't skimp on features. The cutter is able to mat pieces up to 20" in size. Base board mounted, it features a parallel mat guide, a 12" squaring arm, a production stop, and straight and beveled cutting heads. The 700-1 is uses Logan 270 blades, and a setup and instruction DVD is included with the cutter as well.
