Pyle Pro PRJLE33 overview

  • 1Description

The PRJLE33 Portable LED Projector from Pyle Pro uses LED lighting for maximum brightness and clarity. Its LED light source never needs replacing because it's expected to last the life of the projector-about 20,000 hours. Its picture quality reproduces a wider color range and deeper color saturation to reduce motion blur and color break-up.

The PRJLE33 can also show video signals in PAL and SECAM formats and 720p and 1080p high definition formats. It can accept signals from PCs and Macintosh computers. It projects at 2500 lumens with a native resolution of 800 x 600.

Two HDMI ports and built-in stereo speakers mean this projector is ready for modern Blu-ray players, video game consoles and laptop computers with digital output.

    Pyle Pro PRJLE33 reviews

PRJLE33 Portable LED Projector is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 4.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Pyle of ... I usually don't write reviews, but felt compelled to balance out the positive vibe here at B&H. The Amazon reviews of this model are much more fair. This projector is terrible. I returned it almost immediately. The native resolution is low, but the incredibly frustrating software seems to make it even lower compared to other models at this resolution. The manual might as well be in Chinese, and the operations/controls are essentially useless. Terrible control of image size/aspect/quality. The unit is large, loud, and clunky. Don't buy this thing, and it might be safe to say don't buy any Pyle products. B&H should not carry this brand.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better than I thought it would be I use the projector in the rehearsal room for the RHPS shadow cast. The projector works wonderful in mid light which is great for rehearsals. But turn the lights of and it will knock your socks off.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from More than the $ would have you beleave The price for the PRJLE33 Portable LED Projector was less than the replacement lamp for my InFocus and it is brighter and has better contrast than the InFocus ever had. Great projector for the money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from What I expected I chose this projector because it appeared to have the best specs for the price compared to the similarly priced Pyle projectors. My primary use for the projector will be for digital Halloween decorations. The specifications I was most interested in were the lumens, resolution, and contrast Upon opening the box the projector comes well packed. The unit comes with a full function remote, RCA cables, RGB cable, spare fuse, lens cleaning wipes and a 4 foot power cord. It does not come with a HDMI cable. The manual is adequate, but has a lot of spelling and grammatical errors throughout. However it is enough to explain the features and operation of the projector. When starting the projector it takes a couple of seconds for the fan to start and a couple more for the projector to initialize and project a picture. I was expecting the fan to be louder. I found the fan noise level to be fine. The internal speaker is loud enough. I plan on using external speakers connected to the video source. There is no headphone jack. Operating the projector is easy, once you figure out the Source button becomes the enter or Ok button when navigating the source and menu options. Brightness in a moderately lit room is decent. B&H states the projector to have 2500 lumens. The manual states 2400 lumens. With a native resolution of 800 x 600 text is a bit pixelated. But that is not what I purchased it for. Viewing video is good. The projector states its HD and is capable of 1080 source input, it will only give you 800 x 600 resolution. Overall the projector is what I expected.
