The Triple-D5 Drum Kit by Acorn is a 5-piece, full-featured electronic drum kit with an included sound module, three cymbal pads, two pedals and an aluminum stand. The rubber coated pads deliver acoustic drum-like response so you can perform confidently and with plenty of feel. All pads are velocity sensitive and feature a durable rubber coating which deliver acoustic-like feel and fast response. The dual-zone snare pad can be hit on both the main surface and the rim giving you the option to play a rim shot along with the main snare sound. Each pad can be adjusted and angled to suit the needs of any player and the aluminum stand is durable and easy to set up. But that's not all. The Triple-D5 sound module comes with 327 drum sounds and 30 user customizable memory kit locations giving you everything you need to sound pro right out of the box. Not only does it contain great drum sounds, it also includes built-in reverb and chorus effects which can be set for each of the 30 kits. If that wasn't enough, thirty practice songs have been included so you can jam along with styles such as Rock, Reggae and Jazz while perfecting your performance and timing. The sound module provides a built-in metronome with allows you to adjust time signature and tempo. Also, an onboard recorder enables you to capture your performances in real-time so you can play back and analyze your technique. As for connectivity, the sound module provides a plethora of options including USB MIDI I/O for integration with computer hardware and triggering of computer hosted drum sounds. It also features headphone and master outputs, an AUX input to connect mp3 or CD players and nine inputs for each of the drum pads and pedals.
