The Swann Freestyle HD Wearable Action Video Camera with LCD Viewer offers video recording up to full HD 1920 x 1080p at 30 frames per second (fps). It comes with several mounts including a helmet mounting bracket, universal L shaped mounting bracket, two flat adhesive mounting pads, a curved adhesive mounting pad and a connector tray bracket accessory. The camera also comes with a waterproof case up to a depth of 65' (20 m). With all these accessories, the Freestyle HD Wearable Action Video Camera affords mounting options for almost any extreme or action sport. Whether you ski, snowboard, surf, swim, run, walk, raft, skydive, ride bicycles, ride motocross, drive cars or bungee jump; this camera has you covered.

Besides shooting video, the camera also takes 3, 5 04 8 megapixel digital stills. Plus, it can shoot stills in rapid succession. For recording and taking stills, the Action Video Camera has a built-in microSD Card Slot that supports microSD cards from 2 to 32GB (cards sold separately). The camera also features a detachable 1.5" LCD screen that can be used for recording, as well as for instant playback. There's also an included remote control for recording video, taking snapshots, using the laser to line up shots and stopping recording.

When you're done shooting and you get back to your home, the Freestyle Camera features a USB port for charging or transferring data to your computer for quickly uploading your footage on to YouTube or other social network sites. There are also two AV outputs. There's an HDMI output for sending uncompressed full HD footage and audio to your HDTV to share footage with friends and family. For standard definition playback, there's an AV composite output for connecting to your TV via audio and visual RCA jacks. To round out the feature list, it's worth mentioning the camera's 3x digital zoom, low battery / low storage alert, auto standby for power saving, the built-in speaker and built-in dual microphones.
