The Swann Ceiling Alarm Motion Detector with Remote Control looks exactly like a smoke detector and can be mounted on a ceiling where you would normally position your smoke detector. It provides an effective discreet monitoring solution with a built-in PIR (Passive Infrared) sensor.
With a full 360° detection area up to 9' (3 m), the motion detector covers a wide area of your home or office. In case of motion detection, the ceiling alarm detector will trigger an alarm at 110db+ siren. The ceiling alarm motion detector is powered by 3 AA batteries and an LED indicator on the front panel displays the battery status. Included slimline remote control can be used to arm and disarm the unit.
