Poor quality control and fit

Bought these since RL-20s are no longer available at reasonable cost and regret it immensely. Aside from the annoyance of wasting time piecing them together, once I did, their thickness meant that none of the Norco, iStarUSA or Silverstone cases I needed to mount with them fit in a standard rack.

Will NOT fit a 22 deep rack, despite the claim otherwise

The construction of this rail kit is one of the most idiotic imaginable. It screws together with bolts and nuts which are only slightly bigger than the holes they go through; washers would have been appropriate here. But the worst part is that at its most compact, it's about 22.3 deep. So, unless you use a shim, it simply won't fit a standard 22 depth rack. Instead of trying to get all the pieces back together and ship it back to B&H, I decided to chalk it up to a bad experience and just ate the cost. Will never buy an iStar product again (my 4U case is an iStar and this was to go on it), and not like to use B&H, as it's harder by comparison to return things.
