The iStarUSA TC-ISF08 8 Ports Fan Sensor Board supports up to 8 fans, allows PC systems to monitor temperature at two separate locations and derives power via one Molex connector. An output via a 2-pin fan output line allows the motherboard or add-on card to keep a track on any fan failures using just one fan monitoring port. You can visually monitor temperature or fan failures with the help of an LED connector. Selectable jumpers allow the thermal alarm level to be set at 50, 60, or 70°C. An alarm reset switch lets you silence alarms until repairs can be made.

Make sure you download the instructions from iStarusa. The sheet that comes with this is not enough. You will need some fan extension wires to reach the front of the chassis where this board is mounted. This board just gives you an alarm buzzer when your temperatures go high or your fans stop. Good if your chassis is in a rack out of sight.
