First, the one received does not look like the picture. Second, it doesn't fit my DR40. Worthless to me.

The biggest drawback to this is that it doesn't work that well. I expected problems in a serious wind but even a gentle breeze is a noise problem. The other problem is that it is extremely difficult to put on the recorder.
