I ordered this rack mount shelf through B&H. When it arrived the quality was fine and it does what I expected. Now when it was ordered, the B&H site said it would ship in 7-14 days. I ordered this shelf on a Tuesday and on Thursday it arrived on my doorstep. 2 days! I don't know if everybody gets this type of customer service but for me if I need another rack mount shelf I will order through B&H from the same company.
