So I ended up having to return these as I didn't realize every manufacturer uses their own threads? I bought these as an extension to my Genustech Mattebox, but they wouldn't screw in as the threads were different. Okay, I thought I could still keep them and just put them at the end of the 15mm rods on my Tilta rig, but they don't fit in there either. Either these were made poorly or they simply only work with other Zacuto rods. I ended up buying a pair of Genustech 4 extension rods (which worked perfect) for the same price as one of these, so they're a bit over priced.
