Canon's VIXIA HV40 HD Camcorder (Refurbished) offers HD video recording to MiniDV tape. Capture 1920 x 1080 HD video with the camera's 2.96MP CMOS sensor, DIGIC DV II Image Processor, and 10x HD zoom lens. The camcorder also captures SD video and 3.1MP still images to miniSD cards.
The VIXIA HV40 boasts a range of filmlike shooting rates including native 24p (60i), cinema modes, and a 30p mode. An advanced accessory shoe enables you to attach external Canon lights and microphones that run off the power of the camcorder.
