I bought this to replace the original battery in a Ricoh WG-4, which I had purchased used. The Watson charged right upand fit perfectly in the camera. Still using it on the first charge, but it seems to be holding out for quite a while. I have used Watson batteries before in other equipment and have not had any problems with them.
You will never know when you will run out of battery power. This cheap one will do. They do not last as long as the original brand but if you buy two more of this, you will still get more hours than if you jsut buy one of the original. For example, If the original ($40) lasts 6 hours, and this one ($15) lasts 4 hours, by two of these and you will get 8 hours at a cost of $30. You are still ahead by hours and cost. That's just my analysis.
