The 15' Pearstone Type A Male Type B Male Cable provides a reliable way to connect USB devices to your computer for charging and data transfer. The cable allows you to benefit from the USB 3.0 SuperSpeed maximum transfer rate of 5 Gbps, which is ten times faster than USB 2.0.

This premium cable features two unidirectional paths that simultaneously transmit and receive data. With a maximum throughput of 900 mA for configured high power devices, the cable is capable of powering bigger devices that require more energy. Additionally, USB 3.0 standard type A connectors are backwards compatible with USB 2.0 standard A -- as long as one of the devices is USB 3.0 compliant.

15' is too long for a USB C a to b cable. would not print large images. 3 meters (just under 10') is longest recommended.

Is this USB 3.0 Cable compatible with the USB 2.0 cable I currently use with my Brother's HL-2040 and HL-2140 Laser Printers, and a MFC-790CW All-in-one? Thank You

On the device end, unless it has USB 3.0, it will not work. On the computer side, yes, it uses the Type A USB plug which is backwards compatible with a USB 2.0 computer.

No, the Pearstone USB 3.0 Type A Male to Type B Male Cable - 6' will not work with the Epson Workforce ST-C8090 All-in-One Supertank Printer. That printer needs a USB 2.0 cable like the Pearstone USB 2.0 Type-A Male to Type-B Male Cable (6 ft), BH #PECUAMUBM6 (https://bhpho.to/3JpYDIq).
