Great product. Easy to install. The encasements to hide the wires were too small for my power cord and internet wires but perhaps that's because my monitor is almost 10 years old. I would by this product again.

My TV is 2years old and the holder's mounting plate reflects that with its only 2 configured mounting joints (unlike today's favored TV sizes which require the plates to have numerous holes) I am pleased with the arm's sturdiness, but I chose 4 stars because there were 2 issues I had to deal with. Finding the right viewing angle since I mounted it high on the wall (which I am glad that there was 20 degrees of vertical movement), and unfortunately I had to go to the local Fastenal store to get shorter M4 bolts. BTW - the 3 ball-joint bolts are quite challenging to adjust due to limited given space for the allen wrench to align. My last TV mount was the tray type which might have been $30 or so. This updated one allows me to get the TV much closer to the wall or to pull it out if I want to. I don't know if I would want to have it hold a bigger TV close to its weight limit, since the bolts are so small. (Unless a newer TV has deeper joints and I could use the bigger bolts) I definitely believe this is a great purchase if the TV being attached has the first generation mounting holes.
