Impact ships their grids with manufacture defects, it's the second one I get that has broken honey combs, I am not going to bother B&H another time...

The item came defective twice, but B&H gladly resolved the issue with both replacement and refund. Despite some design and quality-control issues, the product still a better option in comparison to its over-priced version provided by known brands. It is a good item to start playing with lighting and portraiture, but not the best if you intend to get too professional. It is worthy in terms of the price, but not in terms of perfectionism in images.

Grids for beauty dishes are model specific. This will not fit a Profoto.

Since we do not carry Kacey Enterprises 22" Beauty Reflector and were not able to find it online for measurements- we may only assume that Impact 40° Honeycomb Grid for 22" Beauty Dish Reflector should fit.

Not sure. It fits the Impact 22" Beauty Dish. It might if the rim of your Bowens 22" beauty dish is the same size as the Impact Beauty Dish.

No perfectly...but will fit on my Broncolor P-Soft, I dont have a Broncolor Beauty Dish(Think are the same dimesions)..but depending how you use it you may need to get some elastic ropes to secure more as I do
