this is kind of a double edged sward. The web site didn't indicate I needed this adaptor to go with the beauty dish for my Novatrons. YOU DO! To B&Hs defense, they did ship it out right away and didn't charge shipping. That was really nice of them but it put me a few days behind waiting for the adaptor. This has absolutely nothing to do with the quality of the part. Very good quality adaptor.

Exactly what I need
It's exactly what's needed to expand my abilities. Purchased a beauty dish and didn't realize all products aren't created equal. Depending on the strobe you own and the modifier you buy you need the correct attachment. Otherwise they'll never work. So...this was perfect for my Novatron and Impact combo.
