The Movcam Clamp Adapter for Shoulder Pad attaches onto a Movcam shoulder pad (MOV-303-0219) and takes on standard-size 15mm rods. The aim is to get the pad onto the rods, and the rods can then be connected into existing rigs.
The clamp features a 1/4" screw-hole at its center. The clamp attaches to the pad via the screw-hole. If you find yourself not using the pad though, you can make different use of the screw-hole -- you can attach any 1/4" accessory while still mounted onto rods.
You can also slide the clamp up and down the rods to adjust positions as needed. Once ready, just tighten it in place by a lever on the side.
