When the County Recorder contacted me seeking assistance in obtaining a replacement lamp for her viewer, it took me about 5 minutes to find the item and get it ordered through B&H. She had called her standard vendor and their price was 3.5 times what B&H offered and shipping was outrageous. B&H not only had the part in stock, but the total cost including shipping was 1/5 what other vendors costs were. The reader was up and running in 3 days (and that included a weekend!)
