I use these on my (2) Kupo 546M K Stand Junior Boom Stands and it makes moving them a breeze so when I order 2 more Kupo 546M K Stand Junior Boom Stands I will over course order 2 more of these caster sets they are that good. Great build quality just like all Kupo equipment. I am forever a Kupo equipment owner and user.

What are the points for? Can I just cut them off?

The points are for storage and standby. With the legs collapsed the unit will stand in it own with those points.

Do you tighten the bolts passed the purple ring on the nuts? Things seem loose if you stop at the ring.
