Use this for my lighter fixtures on a C Stand. Works well but the ears are kind of sketchy at times. I would definitely build a menace arm for heavier rigs though.

Hi, what is the "closed dimension" of this boom arm including the hook? I've seen some site showed 124cm while others are shorter. As I'm planning to get this with a transporting case and many cases have length less than 120cm.

This is shown under accessories for a Mathews Medium High Roller stand, which has a 4 1/2" grip head, but the overview for the Kupo boom arm says it will fit "such as the Kupo 2 1/2" grip heads. Will it fit a 4 1/2" grip head?

No, I would not recommend using the amaran 300c RGB LED Monolight (Gray), BH #AM300C and Aputure Lantern 90 (3'), BH #APAMOLANTERN on the Kupo Steel Baby Boom, BH #KUKG601612. The load capacity of the Baby Boom is 11lbs.
