The mount features 3 adjustable locking flash shoes with a central umbrella receptacle. A 1/4"-20 tap in the bottom of the mount accepts accessories like stands or stand adapters, as well as ball heads.

Is this product metal or plastic?
It's metal, perhaps black anodized aluminum. However, I don't think it's a great product, overall. Maybe two and a half, or three stars. The problem is that it is not that easy to mount three flashes to it, then put it on a tripod or other stand and maybe run an umbrella through it. This item does not quite do all of those things easily. 90% of my lighting is done with a monolight, an umbrella and a trigger, and the other 10% is done with one or two off-camera speedlights. Three of camera flashes, I just never find that to be a useful approach.
