The HN-900 Noise Canceling Headphones with Mic from Creative Labs provide high-quality audio and noise cancellation that's ideal for traveling. The headphones have large 40mm neodymium drivers that deliver clear, accurate performance for lifelike music and calls. The thick around-ear cushions block out unwanted audio and provide long-lasting comfort, while the adjustable, padded headband offers a snug fit for virtually any head size.
The headphones have active noise cancellation technology, which utilizes embedded microphones in the earcups to monitor your surroundings. The headphones then electronically cancel out ambient noise by up to 85% so you can focus on your music instead of your environment. The circuitry operates for up to 40 hours on a single AAA battery. A passive mode allows you to enjoy music playback without noise cancellation in case your battery runs out.
The single-sided cable has an in-line microphone with a switch so you can place and answer calls with a single click. The mic provides crystal-clear voice quality, perfect for use with iPods, iPhones, or iPads. You can disconnect the cable, turning the headphones into a set of noise canceling earmuffs for times where you want to enjoy peace and quiet without any music. The cable has a gold-plated 3.5mm plug and a dual-prong plane adapter for wide compatibility with portable media devices and in-flight entertainment systems. The headphones have a folding design for convenient storage and transportation in the included travel pouch.
