Sony VCT-MP1 Monopod

Sony's VCT-MP1 Monopod gives you several support options for still or video shoots in a single lightweight unit. A monopod, a mini tripod, a soft support case with strap, a leveler and a quick shoe are all included. Use the monopod as a monopod, or attach the mini tripod to the bottom for increased stability. Use the mini tripod for low angle shots. You can also place the long strap on the support case around your neck, put the monopod base in the support case, and use the monopod high overhead, like a boom. And the entire package weighs less than three pounds!
