The Promise Technology FastTrak TX2300 ROHS 2-Port SATA RAID Adapter (Pack of 5) is an affordable way to configure two of your computer's internal SATA 3 Gbps hard drives in a RAID 0, 1 or JBOD. With RAID 0, you can increase the throughput of your drives and with RAID 1, you can safeguard your data in case one of your drives fail. The controller also supports a number of other advanced RAID features such as load balancing, RAID level migration, MetaData on disk and more.

In order to install this controller, you will need an available slot on your computer that is compliant with PCI 32-bit / 66 MHz, revision 2.3. The controller is also backwards compatible with PCI 32-bit 33 MHz. It is compatible with Windows and Linux operating systems.
