Audio-Technica ATM510 overview

  • 1Description

The Audio-Technica ATM510 is a handheld cardioid dynamic microphone designed for full-range vocal reproduction in houses or worship, concert venues, conferences, and live stage applications. Its cardioid polar pattern delivers on-axis directivity while attenuating sounds from the sides and rear. The dynamic element features a neodymium rare-earth magnet for increased output level and improved transient response.

The 90 Hz to 16 kHz frequency response naturally minimizes extreme high and low frequencies for a tone tailored for speech and singing. Plosives and wind noise are reduced by the multi-stage windscreen while the anti-shock design controls handling noise. With its rugged all-metal construction, the ATM510 is sure to handle the rigors of life on the road. It ships with a stand adapter and a soft protective pouch.

    Audio-Technica ATM510 reviews

ATM510 Handheld Cardioid Dynamic Microphone is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 2.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great budget mic I needed a better mic than what we had for speaking events. This gave increased clarity and volume. Feedback was also noticeably lessened. In fact, the only feedback I've gotten was because the monitor speaker was bouncing sound off of a cement wall back at the mic. Other than that, it's been great and well worth the price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great choice for live performance I haven't had this mic long but, if it keeps performing like it has the few times I've used it, I will have it for a long, long time! Great sound reproduction and virtually no "p" pops! Not sure what else to say except that I'm happy that I own this mic and will get a couple more in the future.
