This is a 3 x 4' roll of Black-Out Cling Vinyl from Delta 1. It is used to eliminate any ambient light is not desired such as in a darkroom. This is a 12 mil thick vinyl material that clings to glass or plastic but leaves no residue when it is removed. It can be trimmed to size to fit windows and is reusable. It is recommended that the surface it is applied to be thoroughly cleaned with mist water. If the weather is cold, tape may be required to hold the vinyl in place.

I am building a new darkroom in my house, and this item guarantees my darkness!!

Good, but not great

It clings as advertised BUT after putting it on the window in my darkroom I could still see light coming through. Not very much, perhaps just 1-2%. I wound up covering the vinyl with black duct take to make it completely lightproof. Still, its better than putting the tape directly on the window.

This is a wonderful product, it has allowed me to enjoy total darkness in my bedroom every night. Since I started using I wake up feeling rested from a whole night rest. Highly recommended.
