Redrock Micro M3 Complete Package with microFollowFocus

The Redrock Micro M3 Complete Package with microFollowFocus bundles a collection of gear designed to enable the use of 35mm lenses on smaller format video cameras for a film-like shallow depth of field. The package includes the M3 lens adapter, the microMatteBox, the microFollowFocus, the M3 adjustable base plate, the microPowerPod V-Mount battery plate, and several supporting accessories. Lens mounts are available in Canon EOS, Canon FD, Minolta, Nikon F, Olympus, Pentax K, and PL (sold separately).

The M3 adapter utilizes oversized optics to achieve approximately 1/4 stop light loss. High rpm spinning ground glass allows users to stop the lens down to f/16 or more without showing grain. The machined aluminum housing features integrated flip optics, locking lemo-style power connectors, and a tool-less collimating lens mount. Back focus is pre-collimated at the factory for easy set-up.

A set of microLensGears is provided, in sizes A, B, C and D. They can be fitted onto the lens to provide an interface for working with the microFollowFocus. Other components include two 18" 15mm iris rods, a Focus Stop, a Focus Whip Bundle, the microSpeedCrank, the microLensSupport and a Power Supply/Charger. As a nice little bonus, a Redrock Cinematographer's Cap is also included.
