The Hitachi CP-X8160 XGA LCD Projector provides 6000 ANSI lumens of brightness, and with such projection power, the CP-X8160 can adapt to any environment, from conference rooms and lecture theaters, to museums or anywhere requiring a creative solution.
Its 0.63" 3LCD imaging panels (the part that creates the image) deliver sharper and brighter pictures with superior grayscale detail. Smooth, seamless color combined with an unparalleled grayscale range delivers incredible detail to every image displayed by the CP-X8160. Those images can be in a wide variety of formats. Of course, the CP-X8160 can project in 720p, 1080i and 1080p high definition.
The beamer features a 1024 x 768 resolution, a 3000:1 contrast ratio, and with a wide range of optional lenses, the CP-X8160 will always give you a bright, vivid image when you need it most.
If you are working in a noisy environment, no problem, your CP-X8160 won't be part of the problem. Its fan noise is a mere 38 dB in standard mode and in eco mode it runs at 31 dB. Its international credentials are equally impressive. It can project images in the NTSC, PAL, SECAM, PAL-M, PAL-N and NTSC4.43 video formats and it has a 100 to 240VAC, 50/60 Hz power supply.
No matter where you use it, you will be pleasantly surprised at how much of a powerhouse the CP-X8160 really is. If you need to display a movie on a screen or show off a presentation you created, just plug one end of a USB cable (available separately) into your laptop and the other into the projector's USB type B port and you're no longer tied to your computer when presenting.
