When I use a camera D7100 with lens 18-300mm, which weight is about 3lb, Could Oben tripod TT-50 support them?
The TT-50 is a small table top tripod. With the ball head in a vertical position it may be OK. If there is any pressure on the ball head, it could creep. A better choice may be the Oben TT-100 which has a removable head. See the link below. If the head cannot handle the specific situation, a more robust head can be attached.

The ball head on the Oben TT-50 Table Top Tripod is not removable.

Are the ball head of Oben TT-50 and Oben TT-100 the same or different? What is the advantage of these difference if they are?
The heads of the tripods are different, the TT-100 is able to support more weight and be removed than the TT-50, which has a smaller non-removable head.
