Lens System
EdgeHD reducer employs lanthanum glass elements and blackened lens edges for clear, high contrast viewing while minimizing chromatic aberration. The objective and ocular surfaces are multicoated for maximum light transmission and color fidelity.

0.7x reduction decreases exposure time by half to capture the same brightness of objects one full f-stop faster. Reduce vignetting and use full-frame sensor cameras and off-axis guiders. A machined aluminum housing ensures precise spacing and alignment of the optical elements.
