The router supports 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi, boasting wireless data transfer rates of up to 150 Mbps--without compression. Typically, it can achieve a wireless range of up to 1,000' (304.8 m) outdoors. Inside, the range varies based upon the environment, i.e., walls and other signal obstructions.

An advanced firewall and wireless security system team up to keep your data and identity safe from the pirates of the online information waves. When the device is not in Wireless Router mode, it can be in either Ethernet Client or Wireless Repeater mode. The first of these adds powerful wireless capability to a computer, game console or other device equipped with an Ethernet jack, while the second extends the range of your wireless network.
