I use this on the kit 18-55mm lens of a Sony A57. The lens's focusing ring is a narrow rubberized wheel, and this focusing handle makes it easy to focus manually. The handle is adjustable, but the adjustment is by means of a screw pushing into a pivoted section of the ring. If the lens is smaller than the maximum size, one end of the pivot will push into the rubber around the lens focus ring. The focusing handle is light and feels well made. Unlike similar devices made of silicone or rubber solutions (which I have also tried) it allows a very precise control over the movement of the focus ring.

Just wanted to confirm this works for the Panasonic Leica DG Vario-Elmarit 12-60mm (62 mm filter)?
The front filter thread size of the lens is not relevant or have any correlation with the compatibility of the Sunwayfoto DRH-60 Focusing Handle, which clamps around the focusing ring of the lens. It does not mount to the front filter thread. As such, the Sunwayfoto DRH-60 Focusing Handle is not compatible with the Panasonic Leica DG Vario-Elmarit 12-60mm f/2.8-4 ASPH. POWER O.I.S. Lens, which has a diameter of 68.4mm. You will need to use the Sunwayfoto DRH-70 Focusing Handle instead, which works with 68-76mm lenses.

Will this fit Panasonic GH3 micro four thirds lens? If not, what size mm would I need?
There are many, many lenses that can work on a Micro Four Thirds camera so we cannot say this handle can work on your lens. However, all you must do is measure the diameter of your lens and match it to the appropreate one manufacturered by Sunwayfoto.
